Key Features:

• Who the Quote is For: Clearly state the recipient of the quote. This includes the customer’s name and relevant contact details. Common contacts include Decision Makers or Billing Contacts.

• Who is Sending the Quote: Provide details about the sender, including your name, position, and contact information. This automatically populated if you set up your setting correctly. See support page for profile set up.

• Issued On & Valid Through Dates: Specify the dates you are issuing the quote and the duration the quote is valid. This ensures the customer knows the timeframe within which they need to respond.

How to Use Context Blocks

Step 1: Access the Context Block

1. Navigate to the Quote Editor: Open the quote editor where you want to add the context information.

2. Open the Context Block: Select the option to insert a Context Block from the toolbar or menu.

Step 2: Enter Customer Information

1. Customer Name: Enter the full name of the customer or the company name.

2. Contact Details: Provide relevant contact information, such as email address and phone number.

Step 3: Enter Sender Information

1. Your Name: Enter your full name.

2. Position: Specify your position or role within your organization.

3. Contact Details: Provide your contact information, such as email address and phone number.

Step 4: Define the Issue on and Valid Through Period

1. Start Date: Enter the date from which the quote is valid.

2. End Date: Enter the date until which the quote is valid.
